Where do I put completed files?
From the Main Menu, select "Task Tracking" then choose the task and click "Files Outbox" tab. Here you can upload all completed files.

I have just registered as a client but I can't log in...
New clients must be approved by the manager or administrator. An e-mail message will be sent to you once you have been approved.

I entered the wrong password three times and now I can't log in, even with the correct password...
After three attempts your account is locked out security reasons. You will need to contact the system administrator to unlock your account.
